3 Ways to recover from stress
No matter what stresses you out, your body's response is to release the hormone cortisol. If you have a mood disorder such as anxiety or depression then you can bet that your body is also crankingup this powerful hormone. Poor lifestyle choices like not getting enough sleep can also contribute to stress. The question is, how do you know when the stress you're experiencing is harming you?
When we experience stress, it triggers a chemical reaction called "fight or flight" response which leads to the production of cortisol and adrenalin. This is designed to help us from perceived threats. If you always feel tense or anxious, then your body will constantly be producing cortisol and adrenalin and this can eventually lead to "adrenal fatigue". The result can be lack of stamina, depression, increased food cravings and weakened immunity.

Epilation using Braun SoftPerfection epilator (my very own experience)
After shaving for a long long time, I decided it was time for a change. I have been shaving for too long and the results are as long lasting as i would want them to be.
I then tried waxing, but I only waxed like half of my leg and it took me like 45 minutes. It was very time consuming and if you add it all up, it can be very costly too. I started looking at other options and then I stumbled upon epilators

Brought to you By Ladiez-Stuff.Blogspot.com

Many times I’ve wondered how women are expected to learn, and just recently, I’ve been collecting the beauty tricks of my favorite beautiful people. After all, we all want to look great! Here are my favourite beauty tips that you need to know…

Available at sephora.com
This probably is my favorite beauty secret to share. Most women do not need foundation. While it can become a habit to apply, its purpose is to give a smooth surface for make up application, and an even tone. More and more teens are wearing it, though. The first make up tip every woman should know? Foundation does not cover up nasty acne, and most women simply don’t need it.

When you want to Bitch-Slap your guys mom
Brought to you By Ladiez-Stuff.Blogspot.com
No matter how fabulous you are, there's a decent chance that your man's mom might be a total beast to you. According to Terri Apter, PhD, author of What Do You Want From Me? Learning to Get Along With In- Laws, 60 percent of women report having a negative relationship with their guy's mother (compared to just 15 percent of men who say they have tension with their significant other's mom). "She's worried that you're going to usurp her role, and she has to adapt to no longer being the most influential female figure in her son's life," Apter explains. And sometimes she "adapts" by being critical, controlling, nosy, invasive...you name it. Save yourself the fury and headaches and be strategic right from the start.
Don't Be a Pussy
Some women make the mistake of bending over backward to win a difficult mother's approval. "But this puts you in a subservient position that she can then take advantage of," Apter says. "It will be a challenge for you to stand up for yourself in the future." Rather, you have to walk the line between acting like an alpha female while also being respectful to her.

3. Casually drop your birth control prescription in front of him so he knows you're down to party.
4. Wear a maternity shirt and say, “Dress for the job you want, right?”
5. Insult everything about him so he thinks you’re better than him. That’s a huge turn-on.
6. Talk about all your favorite Ani DiFranco and Tori Amos songs, then offer to sing him a medley of each one.
7. Let him know that you don’t swallow because of your nut allergy.
8. Begin sobbing uncontrollably out of nowhere, and refuse to explain why. Men love mystery.
9. If he offers to buy you a drink, request a vodka cranberry and mention that you’ve been trying to kick this UTI for weeks.
10. Ask to borrow his phone then erase all the numbers but yours. He’ll know you mean business. He may be mad now, but he'll appreciate it later.
