10 Things you should stop doing

During the course of the day, you have many things to do and accomplish. You have your habits and routines, as well as other tasks and responsibilities. These are the things that you normally see on your to-do lists. However, there are things that you do on a daily basis that you actually need to stop doing. These things make use of your time and energy with no positive results in the end.

You need to watch the amount of time you spend on facebook because you can waste a whole day on it. You have to limit the time you spend surfing websites, blogs, and forums.
